  • Orders placed by 4pm Mon-Fri and 11am Sat are dispatched the same day.
  • Long items are dispatched by 3pm Mon-Fri; no dispatch occurs on weekends.
  • Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.

    • Delivered within 2-3 business days (UK Mainland only).
  • Expedited Delivery (£3.99):
    • 1-day delivery (UK Mainland only).
  • Guaranteed Delivery (£9.99):
    • Guaranteed delivery by 1pm next day (UK Mainland only).
  • Standard Delivery for Long Items (Free):
    • Delivered within 1-2 business days to UK Mainland only.

  • Free shipping and expedited delivery timeframes apply to UK Mainland only.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carriers.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery online or through our website.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout to avoid delays or misdelivery. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
