Ok bed with design flaw

"I like the bed as it is a good space saving solution. However I need to mention that the supports provided at the head of the bed base are not fit for purpose, they are not capable of supporting the mattress in place as they bent down so when you open the bed, the mattress stays inside and doesn't come down. I had to buy some heavy duty shelf brackets and bolted them as you can see in the picture so that the wall bed functions as it should. This is a design flaw that can be easily fixed so end user doesn't need to spend time and money fixing."

Really Happy

"I was sceptical at first as it has been very tricky to find a foldable bed like this one in UK, that can accommodate a good-sized mattress, and I am planning to use it quite frequently, so ease and durability were key factors. I've had it installed for about 2 weeks now and I've been really happy with it. I desperately needed the space to work as a bedroom and studio space, so this allows me to do just that. It's not too heavy to lift due to the mechanism that assists with folding it back up. I can store the mattress and the duvet when lifted, but the pillows have to come out. Not too bothered about it, though, as everything else about this bed is fantastic. Not too bulky either, which was a pleasant surprise. The included installation service was a huge relief, saves me the time (took around 1hr) and trouble of having to diy or find another service."

Fantastic pull down bedd

"Fantastic addition to our spare room. It was difficult to find a pull down bed that could accommodate a deeper mattress. Solid build, operates well and frees up much needed floor space. Install team were great, efficient and clearly communicated on day of delivery/install. Thanks"

A Gamechanger!

"After extensive research, I settled on Decor and Decor for my wallbed because installation was included, even with me living in Glasgow! I had a few questions before I purchased and the team were very helpful with my queries. After I placed the order, they rang me to arrange installation and two weeks later, the wallbed arrived and the two gents who installed it were so efficient, tidy and respectful. They got it installed so quickly and I’m genuinely so pleased with the result. It is going to be such a game changer in how I use the space in my spare room and so glad I took the plunge. Needs a couple of tweaks

"The structure is solid along with the base floor support. The fitters did a good job but having put a mattress on it, I am not happy that there are no straps or mechanism to hold the mattress in place when folding the bed away. The metal inserts at the bed head pillow end are not high enough to support a 24cm mattress either, which is what Decor & Decor claim it can. The mattress does fit in, but is loose and not attached to the base properly. I could fit my own straps but there isn't actually any anchor points on the base to do this. This could have been rectified at manufacturing very easily by adding a mattress tie down anchor point on each side, a third of the way from the foot and head of the base! The finish on the unit is nice and it looks good when folded up."
