"Delivered and fitted and damaged Dec25. Reported but would wait until after Xmas. Jan26 Lucy advised would be done when in area. Chased in May told thought this was done,fully booked until end of May so poss June. End of June chased again, sent further picture. 2nd of July asked for update but n/reply 13/7 again n/reply. 24/7 given 29/7 but this was not suitable, given 1 August but they did not turn up no contact to say not coming, had to text Lucy twice before she confirmed not coming. She said would email gift card as good will by email, details they have. NOT RECEIVED Repair such as is was done 3/8/26 only took 8 months. This was not cheap they don't care as they have your money and hope you don't chase them. I can confirm all this. GO ELSEWHERE."

Ok bed with design flaw

"I like the bed as it is a good space saving solution. However I need to mention that the supports provided at the head of the bed base are not fit for purpose, they are not capable of supporting the mattress in place as they bent down so when you open the bed, the mattress stays inside and doesn't come down. I had to buy some heavy duty shelf brackets and bolted them as you can see in the picture so that the wall bed functions as it should. This is a design flaw that can be easily fixed so end user doesn't need to spend time and money fixing."

Really Happy

"I was sceptical at first as it has been very tricky to find a foldable bed like this one in UK, that can accommodate a good-sized mattress, and I am planning to use it quite frequently, so ease and durability were key factors. I've had it installed for about 2 weeks now and I've been really happy with it. I desperately needed the space to work as a bedroom and studio space, so this allows me to do just that. It's not too heavy to lift due to the mechanism that assists with folding it back up. I can store the mattress and the duvet when lifted, but the pillows have to come out. Not too bothered about it, though, as everything else about this bed is fantastic. Not too bulky either, which was a pleasant surprise. The included installation service was a huge relief, saves me the time (took around 1hr) and trouble of having to diy or find another service."

Fantastic pull down bedd

"Fantastic addition to our spare room. It was difficult to find a pull down bed that could accommodate a deeper mattress. Solid build, operates well and frees up much needed floor space. Install team were great, efficient and clearly communicated on day of delivery/install. Thanks"
