Fire Rated Tubular Mortice Latch - 76mm - Polished Brass - 4 Pack

This fire-rated tubular mortice latch in Polished Brass is supplied as a 4 pack for internal passage doors fitted with lever handles across several rooms or a small renovation project.

The 76mm (3") case suits standard UK door preparations, with a square forend and flat strike plate for a neat mortice installation.

The latchbolt is operated by lever handles via an 8mm follower for use with sprung furniture. The steel case and zinc alloy follower give reliable everyday latching.

CE / UKCA marked and fire rated, this tubular mortice latch is intended for internal doors where the door needs to latch shut without locking.

Each latch includes the case, forend, strike plate and fixing screws. The polished brass finish helps coordinate with matching door handles and other door hardware.
