"Paying £142. 00 for this sliding track and to be told that the bottom track insert they don’t import with the system yet the instructions clearly show this as to go in I thought it was an error not being in the kit Totally disappointed in the attatude of customer services saying we just don’t import it and it’s an optional extra , so I asked how much one would be , again “we don’t import the guide bottom track . A lot on money for what it is in my opinion"
